The medical staff will take full responsibility to administer medications and supervise all medical treatments performed during camp. The Med Shed staff will store and administer the drugs as per the treatment schedule. The camp physicians/Nurse will directly supervise the administration of all injectable medications. Please bring all medications needed to camp and deliver to the med shed staff.
PLEASE SEND ALL MEDS IN ORIGINAL BOTTLES/PACKAGES
- Please make sure all medications are labeled with the Camper’s name and are NOT EXPIRED. Send in original containers.
- Please complete this form, listing all medications and dosage.
- Please indicate how your child takes their medication (with water, juice, etc).
- Please indicate if they need to be refrigerated.
- Please put them all in a large zip- lock with the Camper’s name.
***Please check the dates on the medication(s) do not send expired medicine and in the original containers. Pill boxes are not accepted.***
